WiTH Aug. 6 Event to Share ‘Stories of Resilience’
The past 18 months have been trying for everyone, but along with the stories of misery have come tales of navigating the pandemic with hope, inspiration and perseverance.
On Aug. 6, Women in Technology Hollywood will host a collection of heart-felt stories from individuals who weathered the pandemic, and have found their lives changed in various ways on the other side, in the online event “Our Stories of Resilience.”
“Looking back, many of these stories have turned into road signs for new opportunities, learning experiences or life changing realizations,” the event description shares. “During this webinar, WiTH has found a few individuals who are willing to share their story with you so that we can all come together and celebrate our stories.”
Attendees will come away with:
- Understanding adversity and how it can lead to new opportunities.
- The top things you can start doing today to opportunities into reality.
- How to help peers and family members learn from adversity
- The ways your company can assist you with your new realizations and priorities.
The event will be hosted by Hollie Choi, the new executive director of the Entertainment ID Registry (EIDR), and Lynn Rose, founder and CEO of WOWMaker Enterprises, LLC.
