Premiere Digital Touts STOREFRONT at Smart Content Summit EU

If you’re in the PVOD market, you probably already know what STOREFRONT is capable of.

The SaaS solution from Premiere Digital got a deep dive at the recent Smart Content Summit EU event, with Tanya Cornejo, director of customer success for the company running attendees through the wide range of benefits users have realised, from media servicing, to internal solutions, to unique release strategies.

PVOD has become an especially relevant application today, with studios forced to forego traditional theatrical-first release strategies. With STOREFRONT PVOD releases have pre-live title monitoring and charting across more than a dozen platforms worldwide, and can help with revenue protection against “go live early” piracy. Premiere estimates it enables studios to monetise transactional revenue in ways previously unavailable.

First launched in 2013, STOREFRONT helps standardised processes, streamline workflows, and offers end-to-end supply chain visibility. The software has helped improve title management via automated processes and global visibility, ranging from title pricing, availability and metadata, through the end of the digital supply chain. Including intelligence across 20-plus retailers and 130-plus territories, users of the service gain industry and competitor insight to help execute revenue-driving strategies and decisions, Premiere said.
