Box CEO to Discuss ‘The Future of Work’ July 16

Giant increases in digital collaboration, more productivity in the afternoons, and more work being done outside of normal business hours.

The shift to remote working has resulted in a number of eye-opening changes to how work, and business, is done, with unexpected challenges and key lessons that will remain for the media and entertainment industry long after the lockdowns end.

On July 16 at 11 a.m. PT, Box CEO Aaron Levie will offer a look at how he’s guiding his company and employees through remote-work challenges, and share what long-term transformations he sees for the industry, where better security must be made possible, but without sacrificing productivity, in the webinar “The Future of Work.”

“Remote work has taught us that every organization on the planet needs to be able to serve their customers digitally, and that starts with enabling a remote workforce,” Levie said. “Once employees can securely work from anywhere, now teams are not limited by the people that they sit by to get the best ideas flowing; we can engage our entire workforce in our company-wide interactions virtually; we can easily reach and connect with more customers over video; and more voices, at all levels of the organization, can be heard in every meeting.

“Going forward, as we enter a ‘new normal’ — whatever that may look like — every business must be a digital first organization.”

Firms that best securely access, share and collaborate on content virtually today are the ones keeping their workforces productive from home, and Levie will offer ideas on how to make it happen for your company, with key best practices around real-time sharing with internal and external teams; building a best-of-breed IT stack; and mitigating cyber risk with frictionless security across the enterprise.
