Pepperdine Graziadio Business School Marks 50th with ‘Industry 4.0’ Event

The Pepperdine Graziadio Business School will celebrate its 50th anniversary with a full-day academic conference April 2 in Los Angeles, exploring the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” and what’s needed to thrive in today’s new business landscape.

Speakers at the event — “Industry 4.0: The Future of Humanity in the Smart Machine Age” — include Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple Computer, Alison Lewis, CMO of Johnson & Johnson Consumer, Alex Grimwad, SVP and CIO of Twentieth Century Fox Television, Dalana Brand, VP of people, rewards and experience for Twitter, and more.

Presentation and panel topics will include “The Smart Machine Age and the 4th Industrial Revolution,” Defining Best for the World Leadership,” “Values and the Future of Work in the Smart Machine Age,” and a women’s leadership discussion. Following the event, there will be a VIP reception, and throughout the day the conference will make use of the crowdsourcing platform Spigit to engage with remote attendees around the world.
