Deluxe Adds Digital Cinema Services to Deluxe One Platform (MESA)

Deluxe Entertainment Services Group has added a new digital cinema portal — Content & Key Manager — to its flagship, cloud-based, content supply chain platform Deluxe One, the company announced Aug. 22. Content & Key Manager effectively replaces Deluxe’s existing Cinema Portal platform, and is designed to provide major chains, independent exhibitors and studios greater visibility across the Deluxe Technicolor Digital Cinema (DTDC) theatrical supply chain, by simplifying day-to-day management of operations.

“Managing a multitude of file specifications, keys and delivery windows takes more time and resources and can hinder visibility across delivery operations,” said Debbie Mann, SVP of North America Operations for DTDC. “The online Content & Key Manager, accessible via the Deluxe One platform, categorizes and organizes all of the Deluxe Technicolor Digital Cinema data into a single repository, so exhibitors and content owners have visibility and real-time access to the information they need to ensure correct playback each and every time.”

Content & Key Manager offers the centralization of information in one location, providing visibility across individual screens and overall operations, and is a self-servicing platform, providing on-demand access to download active keys, track DTDC content shipments, and highlight essential feature and projectionist data. The offering adds a new, mobile-first experience, to give clients better, real-time information, assuring users they have the right version, format, language and decryption key matched up to every projector across the globe.

“With more experience and expertise delivering premium digital content than any other company, digital cinema services are just one of the technology solutions Deluxe is developing to meet the needs of the ever-evolving digital supply chain,” Deluxe said in a press release.
